My counseling practice is rooted in Person-Centered principles, emphasizing that you are the expert in your own life. I employ various approaches to work together with you in reaching your goals. I affirm neurodivergence and queer identities, and draw from my lived experience as a carer, corporate supervisor, and creative arts practitioner, all of which shape my practice.
